I love my work! For over three decades now, I’ve had the privilege of watching talented people develop a leadership skill many of them thought they could never master.

Working with clients, I fully recognize the courage it takes to look at oneself and work on changing long-standing patterns and habits. Clients share their hopes and frustrations, and I support them in exploring new tools to reach the next level of success in their business. We are in partnership together.

My background includes working in a large organization with thousands of employees, as well as a small firm of twenty. As the senior vice president in one of the country’s foremost executive communication training firms, I led seminars, gave speeches to corporate and industry groups throughout the country, and managed the firm’s day-to-day operations. For several years, I was in public relations with the South’s largest financial services institution. There my skills were honed in speech-writing, media relations, investor communications and consumer affairs.

In 1994, I launched my own consulting practice from a desire to deliver personalized coaching to individuals one-on-one. It gives me immense pleasure to hear clients report on the successes they experience from using their new communication skills and their excitement about the positive impact those tools are making in their business!
